Dust Control
Our line of seven reverse pulse jet model dust collectors features a slate of engineering advances designed to optimize performance in pneumatic trim handling and removal systems. PAC dust collectors consistently remove dust down to two microns without bridging, caking or other build up with high efficiency and reliability.

| A proprietary hopper design with a slide gate valve creates an air-tight seal that allows the drum to be removed and replaced without shutting down the dust collector. For some dust loads that are especially abrasive or fine, PAC offers a rotary airlock to help draw the dust from the hopper without affecting system pressure. A high dust level switch that alerts operators to remove the dust drum and a clean air return sound attenuation device for minimizing the sound of air returning to the environment are also available. |
