Thomas C. Embley
Tom is a dedicated and field-proven professional with a strong background in all aspects of business ownership, management, operations, administration, and research and development. In addition, he has years of success leading productive teams, implementing profitable initiatives and fostering positive customer relations.
Tom has earned a sterling reputation for resolving complex issues and understanding the customer pain, and has been commended for perseverance, efficiency, business development, field development, executive team leadership, financial management and business growth. In 2015, Tom was honored with a Distinguished Career Award from the University of Delaware’s Mechanical Engineering Department, honoring his “significant career achievements and measurable impact on his field of endeavor.”
Tom holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware and currently serves on TLMI’s Technical Conference and Environmental Committees.
Tom encourages and supports his team to volunteer in the community, and does so himself. He and his wife, Mary Ann, reside with their three children in Landenberg, Pa.
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Coates will work to aggressively position Precision AirConvey for continued expansion and success in high growth markets.
Coates comes to Precision AirConvey with a wealth of experience. He previously held senior leadership roles in the petrochemical, medical, aerospace, precious metal and electrical industries. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of several divisions within Handy & Harmon Ltd., a diversified global industrial company for which he played an instrumental role in strategy development and execution. He worked across all divisions to position the companies as industry leaders with emphasis on lean business systems, international business development and customer satisfaction. Prior to Handy & Harmon, Coates served as Vice President of Operations at Gerber Scientific and held several operating positions within the General Signal Corporation.
Coates graduated from Clarkson University with a BS in Industrial Engineering. He resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Production and Purchasing Manager
Paul has expertise in trim cutter production and service, has developed skills in lean manufacturing, and has also recently moved into the purchasing manager’s position.
Before his 15 years at PAC, Paul worked for 11 years at Lipton Tea in its production and shipping departments, and has extensive experience in team building.
He and his wife, Diane, have been married for 31 years. In addition to two daughters, he has a new grandchild.
Paul is from Nazareth, Pa., and currently resides is Easton, Pa.
Director of Technical Sales
Kevin has taken on the role of Director of Technical Sales after serving the South East and West Coast territories since 2007, helping customers in these areas find the best solutions for their production needs. He will be traveling with his sales team and be instrumental in delivering PAC’s customized solutions to new and existing customers. “It is exciting to see how my relationships have grown over the past decade. Not only are customers finding value in PAC’s solutions, but they are also contacting us on potential hires, product enhancements, and joint marketing efforts. This not only shows our relationships are mutually beneficial, but highlights the partnerships PAC thrives to create with every contact.”
Kevin is a current member of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) and also supports the FTA’s Supplier Leadership Council. Kevin enjoys offering solutions that meet the unique challenges our customers face that may be constantly changing.
Before joining PAC, Kevin worked at Unishippers and MBNA (now currently Bank of America). He graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in health and nursing sciences.
Kevin enjoys mountain biking, road cycling, cross fit, clay shooting and traveling.
Every summer, Kevin rides with a team in the Bike to the Bay event in support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He also has been a volunteer for Delaware Foundation Reaching Citizens with Intellectual disABILITIES (DFRC)/Blue-Gold since high school. Kevin currently serves on the DFRC Golf Tournament committee, organizing an event that has sold out for more than 25 years in a row.
Human Resources and Marketing Manager; Executive Assistant to CEO
Sarah heads up the Human Resource Department and the Marketing Department in addition to working closely with the CEO in the role of Executive Assistant where she works to ensure the vision and core values of PAC are carried out and practiced. Sarah champions human resource management with a major emphasis on employee relations to cultivate and maintain an environment of efficiency and growth. An active member of the PAC Leadership Team that focuses on maximizing operational efficiencies, human resource management, financial management, lead generation, customer service, and overall business growth.
Before Sarah joined PAC in 2013, she was the Membership Manager for 16 years for a national non-profit, American Public Gardens Association (APGA). While at APGA, she gained leadership and management experience while growing the membership base and building long-term member and vendor relationships. Sarah earned her business management degree from Colorado Technical University.
In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering and loves the sun and warm weather — especially when enjoyed with her husband and two sons. Sarah resides in beautiful Chester County, PA.
Bob is responsible for implementing operational efficiencies within the organization to increase customer satisfaction and support PAC’s increased workload. He has more than 20 years of manufacturing and service experience.
Born and raised in Newark, Del., Bob is married and has three sons.
