Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Aftermarket Administrator to join our team! Duties

· Coordinate customer meetings and deliverables with internal and external teams and takes minutes to ensure next steps are communicated and met.

· Prepares instruction manuals for engineered systems and ensures they are up-to-date and customer friendly.

· Confirm manuals are sent to customer by engineering team and present as a roadblock if needed.

· Track open items to ensure next steps and completion are scheduled and completed

· Ensures customers and vendors are informed of status and timeframe for all open items.

· Directs purchasing on equipment and hardware purchase order requirements.

· Provides support for warranty related issues including missing components, incorrect parts.

· Researches information related to job history in database(s) and/or paper files.

· Works with purchasing department to expedite components and/or services needed to address warranty or customer related issues.

· Quotes site visits for customers and ensures necessary time and data are obtained to ensure Company’s success.

· Order management and entry for Construction side of the business.

· Report management and updating for leadership and engineering teams (GP Forecast Sales Specific, System Metrics)

· Review, research, and approval of vendor invoices

· Partner with Operations and Aftermarket Manager in the participation of the ERP transition and documentation

· Works closely with purchasing department and serves as a backup when needed to ensure projects continue to move forward. This includes research, buying, and management of materials and inventory.

· Coordination of customer service related visits involving engineering and production. Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Two year degree preferred with two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
