Corporate Purchasing Specialist
Robin specializes in “Buying Stuff” and works with vendors to have materials arrive on time to meet our customer needs. She ensures internal communications are constantly flowing and our customers needs are being met while making sure we adhere to policies and logistics are as efficient as possible. Robin works closely with all departments at PAC.
Robin was formerly a call center manager for 15 years, at a local manufacturer in New Castle, Delaware.
Born and raised in NJ. Now resides in Newark, DE with husband and Sammie their dog, better known as princess. One daughter and three amazing grandchildren. Robin enjoys traveling, with Spain being her favorite place to date. She also really enjoys gardening, reading by the pool and cooking. Most recently she started a cookbook of favorite recipes to share with her daughter and grand children in years to come.
As a family Team Robin host an annual Halloween fundraiser for St Jude’s Children’s Hospital that includes a hayride, haunted house and autumn themed dinner for with about 100 friends, neighbors and their children. They have raised over ten thousand dollars in donations and hope to continue having the energy to accomplish this each year.
Order Entry Specialist
Kellie is an order entry specialist at PAC. Her experience as Vice President, Implementation Coordinator, and Lead Insurance Advisor at her family owned business have sharpened her customer service and communication abilities, and enhanced her leadership skills. Her savvy attention to detail and organization helps her office to run smoothly and efficiently.
She has also been licensed as a Property and Casualty Insurance agent by the Pennsylvania Insurance Commission since 2014. Kellie obtained a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Corporate and Public Relations from Drexel University, and is a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honors Society.
Kellie currently serves on the Monroe County United Committee (MCU); communications subcommittee. MCU focuses on defusing stereotypes and raising awareness to promote unity within the local community. She also enjoys volunteering at events with her local state representative. Kellie is an active member with the National Organization for Women (NOW) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
Kellie Davis resides in the Pocono Mountains region of Pennsylvania with her husband. They have three children and two grandchildren. Kellie is a Pittsburgh native and proud, diehard Steelers fan.
Order Entry Specialist
Angel is an Order Entry Specialist at PAC. Prior to working at PAC she worked for a small construction company for 16 years. Growing up she watched and helped her parents grow their family owned business and learned a lot from this. She loves technology and learning. She adores spending time with her husband, pets, family and friends. She enjoys outdoor activities, seeing live music, going to the theater and staying home cooking and watching movies. And, she is always happy to volunteer for the community.
Special Projects Coordinator
Barbara coordinates the procurement and distribution of materials, parts, equipment and supplies for PAC.
Barbara enjoys target shooting (both semi-automatic and pistol).
She has two adult sons and three grandchildren. Barbara is learning Spanish to keep up with her grandchildren, who are being raised bilingually.
Originally from Linwood, Pa., she now lives in New Castle, Del.
Her international travel has included trips to Mexico (with scuba diving), Norway, Ireland and England. Though she has visited only 10 of the U.S. states, Barbara plans to travel more extensively once retired.
Administrative and Office Assistant
Heather is the friendly voice that greets all of our customers to ensure their directed to the team member who can meet their needs.
Heather handles all general office administrative duties in addition to supporting office operations and human resource departments.
Heather has nearly 10 years of customer service experience. Heather enjoys spending time at the beach with her family. Born and raised in Delaware, she now resides in Clayton.
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Sharon coordinates the Marketing and Communications strategies for PAC. She works with internal and external customers to increase the company’s visibility through the development and distribution of information and materials. In addition, she coordinates the industry trade shows that PAC exhibits their products at.
Prior to joining PAC, Sharon has worked at various companies in Delaware primarily in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Community Relations.
A lifelong resident of Delaware, she enjoys spending time with her three adult sons and three grandsons, who are her pride and joy. Her other passions include travel, music concerts, and spending time at the beach. Her recent travels have included Italy, Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris and she looks forward to exploring more cultures and countries.
Jessie does full cycle bookkeeping for Precision AirConvey. Jessie has been a bookkeeper for more than 20 years and has worked for companies in several industries, including landscaping and bio-tech.
Jessie lives in North East, Md., and is enjoying filling her empty nest with grandchildren. She loves being Gram to her grandson and is expecting a granddaughter in the spring.
Technical Customer Service Specialist
Christina is committed to the customer and determining the path forward for any issue. Christina works directly with the customer service, engineering, and mechanical/technical teams to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Previously Christina has worked in all areas of business such as administrative, procurement, and marketing while always putting customers first.
Christina received her Bachelor of Science from University of Delaware in Exercise Science with a minor in Spanish.
In her spare time you can always find her training for a new race, whether it’s a 5k or full marathon, running is always in her schedule. Christina is married with a dog and two cats. She hails from Pennsville, NJ and will soon be a resident of DE!
