Tejas Chaudhari – Project Engineer

Tejas was born in India which is where he completed his BE Mechanical Engineering degree. He then moved to Chicago to pursue his Masters from University of Illinois at Chicago. Tejas worked as a Maintenance Engineer in India for a year before moving to the USA.

Outside of work, Tejas enjoys travelling and exploring new cuisines. Also, he loves to play Cricket and spending time with his friends.

Jason Fugiel – Project Engineer

Jason earned a Chemical Engineering degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Before working at PAC, he lived in Chicago, IL and worked as a Field Engineer performing Gas Emissions Testing.

Jason now lives in Newark, DE and when he is not working, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, working out, and spending time with his friends and family.

Carlos Marcano – Lead Drafter/Designer

Carlos works with the Engineering Team to finalize system drawings, design custom parts and contribute to product development.

Carlos graduated and is a contributor to the CAD Advisory Board from Delaware Technical and Community College.

Carlos spends his free time being with his family and friends.

Connor Moran, PMP – Project Engineer

Connor has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA where he also minored in Entrepreneurship. Before working at PAC he worked in the medical device industry designing spine implants.

Outside of work he enjoys working on his cars, tinkering with his 3D printer, coaching wrestling, and spending time with his family and friends. He resides in Little Britain, PA.

Michael Nettleton – Project Engineer

Michael was formerly employed by PAC as a technician on the Production Team before moving to Orlando Florida to complete a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Upon completion of his degree Michael returned home to Wilmington, DE. He then returned to work a PAC as a member of the Engineering team.

In his free time, Michael enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.

Kevin O’Malley – Mechanical Drafter/CAD Designer

Kevin helps support the design work in the engineering department at PAC. He joins with the team in the development and maintenance of revisions to engineering drawings that include system layouts for the customer as well as custom parts to be manufactured. He has over 10 years work experience in the design industry using both computer aided drafting and graphic design tools on various projects to achieve the results required for the company assignments.

In his spare time Kevin likes small trips with his wife, four children and three grandchildren. Recently a resident of Delaware he also enjoys in his spare time visiting and meeting people in local museums and creating art that reflects important events in American history.

Joel Tylecki – Project Engineer

Joel earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Delaware in 2017. Before working at PAC, Joel worked as a Project Engineer for Sussex County, DE.

Joel lives in Newark, De and outside of work enjoys fencing, snowboarding, working on his 3D printer and mill, and spending time with his friends and family.

Theo Assousa – Project Engineer, Canada

Theodore comes to PAC from our parent company, Envac, where he has served as a Production Engineer since 2012. In this capacity he has designed and installed pneumatic waste collection systems and manages projects including submission, installation, start-up, operations and maintenance. Prior to working with Envac, Theo worked as Production Engineer, Chief Product Designer, and Designer/Estimator and brings a wealth of experience to our team. Theo has earned a BS as well as a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, and has led projects in Cite Verte, Quebec City; Montreal Jewish Hospital, and Roosevelt Island, NY.
