Thomas C. Embley, PE – CEO, President

Tom is the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Precision AirConvey Corporation and also serves as Region President of Envac North America. He is an experienced and accomplished professional with a strong background in all aspects of business ownership, management, operations, administration, and research and development. He has a proven track record of leading productive teams, implementing profitable initiatives, and fostering positive customer relations. He is known for his ability to resolve complex issues, understanding customer pain points, and for his perseverance, efficiency, business development, field development, executive team leadership, financial management, and business growth. In 2015, Tom was honored with a Distinguished Career Award from the University of Delaware's Mechanical Engineering Department, recognizing his significant career achievements and measurable impact on his field of endeavor.

Tom holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware and has served on several industry committees such as the TLMI's Technical Conference and Environmental Committees. He is committed to encouraging and supporting his team in volunteering in the community and is involved himself. He and his wife, Mary Ann, reside with their three children in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Paul Berger – Production and Purchasing Manager

Paul brings a wealth of expertise in trim cutter production and service to his role at PAC. He has developed skills in lean manufacturing and has taken on the additional responsibility of serving as the purchasing manager. With over 15 years of tenure at PAC, Paul also has a background in production and shipping departments at Lipton Tea, where he worked for 11 years. He has a proven track record of effectively leading teams and building positive relationships.

Paul has been married to his wife, Diane, for 31 years. He is a proud father of two daughters and is now a grandfather. He resides in Easton, PA.

Kevin Bock – Director of Technical Sales

As the Director of Technical Sales at PAC, Kevin is responsible for leading the sales team and delivering customized solutions to new and existing customers. He brings a wealth of experience to the role, having served the South East and West Coast territories since 2007 and helping customers in these areas find the best solutions for their production needs. He is excited to continue to grow his relationships with customers and to see how they have grown over the past decade. He also highlights that these relationships are mutually beneficial, with customers contacting PAC for potential hires, product enhancements, and joint marketing efforts, highlighting the partnerships PAC thrives to create with every contact.

Kevin is a current member of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) and also supports the FTA’s Supplier Leadership Council. He enjoys offering solutions that meet the unique challenges our customers face that may be constantly changing.

Prior to joining PAC, Kevin worked at Unishippers and MBNA (now currently Bank of America). He graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in health and nursing sciences.

In his free time, Kevin is an active person who enjoys mountain biking, road cycling, cross fit, clay shooting and traveling. He also participates in the Bike to the Bay event every summer in support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and has been a volunteer for Delaware Foundation Reaching Citizens with Intellectual disABILITIES (DFRC)/Blue-Gold since high school. He currently serves on the DFRC Golf Tournament committee, organizing an event that has sold out for more than 25 years in a row.

John Coates – Chief Operating Officer

As COO of Precision AirConvey, Coates is committed to propelling the company towards continued expansion and success in high-growth markets.
He brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held senior leadership positions in the petrochemical, medical, aerospace, precious metal, and electrical industries. He served as President and CEO of several divisions within Handy & Harmon Ltd, where he played an instrumental role in strategy development and execution. By working across all divisions, he successfully positioned the companies as industry leaders with an emphasis on lean business systems, international business development, and customer satisfaction. Prior to Handy & Harmon, Coates served as Vice President of Operations at Gerber Scientific and held several operating positions within the General Signal Corporation.

Coates holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University. He currently resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Josh Hilferty, PE – Engineering Manager, PE

Josh brings a wealth of technical expertise and experience to his role as Engineering Manager at PAC. He is responsible for overseeing the engineering department and acts as a technical liaison between the PAC sales team and customers, assisting in the quoting process, leading the design of custom systems, and managing projects from inception to fulfillment.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Delaware, which he earned in January 2011. Prior to joining PAC, he spent three years as a process engineer in a facility that specialized in the manufacture of large aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloy forgings. He also has experience in project management from his prior role in a family-owned construction company.

Josh lives in Wilmington, Delaware, and in his free time, he enjoys boating, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. He is a devoted family man and takes great pride in his wife and two daughters. His engineering education and diverse background in both engineering and project management makes him a valuable asset to the PAC team and his technical expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the organization.

Carol Inter – Controller

Carol Inter brings extensive experience and a strong educational background to the role of Controller at PAC. Born and raised in Dover, Delaware, Carol is the youngest of five girls and remains rooted in her community.

She holds a BS in Accounting and a BS in Business Administration from Delaware State University. Prior to joining PAC, Carol held key roles in the finance industry. Her experience as a district controller and multi-unit controller at Sodexo, as well as her tenure as a controller at Aramark, have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and strategic planning.

Outside of work, Carol teaches swimming lessons at the YMCA and enjoys beach visits and spending time with family, friends, and her lovable dog, Duke. With her strong professional background, her commitment, and her passion for success, Carol is an invaluable addition to our team at PAC. Her diverse experiences and personal interests make her an exceptional asset as we continue to drive growth and success for our company and clients.

Sarah Maietta – Administrative and Human Resources Manager

Sarah is an accomplished and experienced professional who plays a vital role in the operations of PAC. She leads both the human resources and administrative teams, while also serving as a key advisor to the President of PAC as Professional Executive Assistant. In this role, she specializes in ensuring that the organization's vision and core values are upheld and practiced. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization, particularly in human resources management and employee engagement, and is dedicated to fostering an environment of efficiency and growth.

Sarah is also an active member of the PAC leadership team, which focuses on maximizing operational efficiencies, financial management, customer service, and overall business growth. She is also a member of Vistage Leadership and Management Group 9036 of the Delaware Valley, which furthers her professional development and allows her to share and learn from industry peers.

Prior to joining PAC in 2013, Sarah spent 16 years at the American Public Gardens Association (APGA), a national non-profit, where she gained valuable leadership and management experience while growing the membership base and building long-term member and vendor relationships. She holds a degree in business management from Colorado Technical University.

In her free time, Sarah is a dedicated volunteer and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons. She resides in picturesque Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Bob Snover – DE Operations Manager

As the Delaware Operations Manager, Bob plays a crucial role in driving operational efficiencies within the organization, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting PAC's expanding workload. He is an experienced professional with over 20 years of manufacturing and service experience.

Bob is a native of Newark, Delaware, and has deep roots in the community. He is married and has three children, which gives him a strong sense of family values and a commitment to excellence that is reflected in his work. His extensive experience and understanding of the local market, along with his dedication to his family, make him an asset to the organization and a valuable leader to the Delaware operations team.
