As the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for PAC, Marco is responsible for overseeing sales in the Mid-Atlantic, New England, and Ohio Valley regions, as well as Canada. With his home office strategically located at PAC headquarters in Newark, DE, he is well-positioned to effectively manage his territory.

Marco brings a unique combination of engineering knowledge and over 10 years of sales management experience to the role. He has previously worked with OEMs and end-users on custom engineered equipment and systems in other industries, as well as experience working with a print and label converter.

A Delaware native, Marco attended Salesianum High School in Wilmington and the University of Delaware in Newark. He currently resides in Hockessin, DE with his two children.

Roger Allgood, of the Donald E. Harman Company, provides valuable support to PAC's Sales efforts in the state of Texas as the organization's Manufacturing Representative. Roger brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, having worked in capital equipment sales for the converting, label, paper, and extrusion markets. Joel, the owner of Dotray & Associates, Inc., is an accomplished professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a representative for PAC. Eric serves as our Central Regional Sales Manager, with his home office strategically located in the St. Louis metro area. His territory encompasses North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana. He brings almost 20 years of experience in working with industrial customers to find effective solutions to their automation and quality inspection challenges. His expertise extends across a wide range of industries including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, automotive, packaging, metal, and consumer products.

Eric holds an electrical engineering degree from the Missouri University of Science & Technology. He resides in Eureka, MO with his wife, Wendy, and their three children. They are active in their church, scout groups, and youth sports, and enjoy attending St. Louis Cardinals games together.

Henrik is our Regional Sales Manager for our Southeastern Territory which encompasses North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. With years of experience in selling capital equipment to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. His professional experience also includes the construction industry as well as oil and gas which gives him a unique perspective and heightened sense of urgency. He prides himself on being highly responsive in helping PAC’s customers overcome obstacles in a practical and efficient manner. One of the things most important to him is building meaningful relationships with clients based on mutual integrity and providing solutions that deliver real results.

Henrik has lived in Europe, the Northeast and various parts of the South but has enjoyed Texas for well over twenty years. He and his wife, Jacey, live in north Dallas with their three adopted rescue pets. They love art, the outdoors, and trying new restaurants as well as quiet weekends at home and getting to spend time with their adult son.
