Regional Sales Manager
Kevin is an experienced Sales Manager with an engineering degree who helps customers resolve problems with their trim removal applications to realize maximum efficiency and increase profitability.
Kevin has more than 18 years experience selling technical solutions and products. He earned an engineering degree from Drexel University and an MBA from the University of Delaware.
Prior to getting into sales, Kevin worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at the Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia on Surface Combatant Ships, writing procedures for how to safely and efficiently run the equipment in the engineering spaces on board. After getting his master’s degree in business, he transferred to a new startup company specializing in a DuPont-developed membrane system and is credited with two patents in membrane gas separation technology for engine applications. Since then, Kevin has continued to work as a technical salesperson for leading companies in their respective fields.
Kevin was born and raised in Delaware, where he still resides with his wife, three kids, a cat and a dog.
One of Kevin’s greatest accomplishments was riding a bicycle across the country from California to Florida, “Because,” as he says, “I was almost certain I couldn’t.”
Vince is a seasoned Sales Manager who manages PAC’s Northeast territory by working with customers to find the best solution to meet their trim handling needs. Vince has over 20 years of Solution Based selling experience. He has extensive experience in identifying the customer’s needs, presenting a cost effective solution, and providing ongoing support after the sale. Before joining PAC, Vince worked at Clement Communications as Director of Sales, and The Jacob Holtz Company as Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast and Canadian Territories. Born and raised in Wilmington, Vince and his wife now reside in Hockessin, DE with their two children and two Goldendoodles. Vince and his wife, Michele, volunteer their time helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Vince enjoys watching his kids play soccer and volleyball, and time relaxing at the beach.
Joel’s experience and technical skills mesh well with the consultative sales process that makes PAC projects run so smoothly.
In addition to representing waste handling systems, Dotray & Associates represents slitting systems, tension controls, web guiding, web inspection and other machine/press components.
Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, and cycling, fishing, skiing and many other outdoor activities.
He was a professional Boy Scout for three years after graduating from St. Olaf College.
Donnie is President of JDH & Associates, which was established in 1990. He has over 40 years experience in the converting industry and industrial applications. Donnie is responsible for the sales and applications in the Southeast for Precision AirConvey.

Corey is a new Sales Manager responsible for managing PAC’s Southeastern territory. Corey is eager to help define tailored solutions for his customers’ specific needs.
Prior to working with PAC, Corey cultivated his sales experience working with CSC specializing in compliance solutions for mid to large sized businesses. Corey looks forward to polishing his skills in an outside role. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in International Relations.
Corey currently resides in the Pike Creek with his Boston Terrier. He enjoys spending time with her at dog parks, going to music festivals and concerts, home improvement projects, CrossFit, traveling, and hiking.
