Joel’s experience and technical skills mesh well with the consultative sales process that makes PAC projects run so smoothly.
In addition to representing waste handling systems, Dotray & Associates represents slitting systems, tension controls, web guiding, web inspection and other machine/press components.
Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, and cycling, fishing, skiing and many other outdoor activities.
He was a professional Boy Scout for three years after graduating from St. Olaf College.
Regional Sales Manager
Shaun is our new Southeast Regional Sales Manager. Shaun has 15 years’ experience in the packaging and construction fields. Shaun lives and works in Greenville SC and has worked the Southeast territory for the last 10 years. Shaun is a graduate of Clemson University and proud Clemson football fan.
Donnie is President of JDH & Associates, which was established in 1990. He has over 40 years experience in the converting industry and industrial applications. Donnie is responsible for the sales and applications in the Southeast for Precision AirConvey.
Regional Sales Manager
Garner is a former business owner in the packaging industry – with over 20 years’ experience in business development and customer support. His focus is on his customers bottom-line and their ability to ROI expenses necessary for continued growth. Exceeding customers’ expectations is his primary personal and professional goal.
Garner earned a Pre-Law degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX and now resides in Keller, TX. He is strategically located in the DFW area to better respond to customers in the southern Midwest and western United States.
He is a recovering golf addict who enjoys spending time with his family. Garner coaches his youngest daughter’s travel softball club, and supports his oldest daughter’s high school golf team.
On most Saturdays in the fall, he can be found in the stands of Owen Field in Norman, OK with his wife Lauren cheering on Oklahoma Sooner football. And in the spring, he and Lauren are back in Norman often with their youngest cheering on the OU softball team (back to back Natty’s folks!). He is also very active in his church community working with both kids and men’s groups.
