Casey Almanza

Casey offers administrative support to our special projects and purchasing teams. Before coming to PAC, she worked for a trash and recycling company as a billing coordinator an also provided customer service.

She is a mom to a 2-year-old daughter that brings her much joy, their dog Lukah is her best friend. They all enjoy being outdoors – whether it be going to the park, going for walks, swimming, riding bikes. They also enjoy reading books and doing puzzles together. They hope to be able to travel to different locations as she gets older. She personally enjoys making birthday cakes for her loved ones and attending concerts and wineries.

Andrew Bacha

Customer Service Administrator

Andrew Bacha

As PAC’s Customer Service Administrator, Andrew provides administrative support to the Customer Service Manager with customer communication, quoting, and coordination of meetings. In addition, he ensures customers, both internally and externally have a point of contact and their needs and deadlines are met.

Andrew comes to PAC from Fastenal, where he was an outside sales representative for a year. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and minors in Marketing, Finance and Sports Management. He will graduate from St. Bonaventure University with a marketing concentrated MBA in December.

Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends. He grew up playing sports and played baseball in college at Pitt-Bradford. He currently plays softball in DE and is a huge fan of the Buffalo Bills and Boston Red Sox. He also enjoys hiking and other recreational activities, such as corn hole and disc golf, with his fiancé.

Andrew grew up in Bradford, PA and has recently moved to Bear, DE with his fiancé and two dogs, Fenway and Ellie.

Robin Class

Corporate Purchasing Specialist


Robin specializes in “Buying Stuff” and works with vendors to have materials arrive on time to meet our customer needs. She ensures internal communications are constantly flowing and our customers’ needs are being met while making sure we adhere to policies and logistics are as efficient as possible. Robin works closely with all departments at PAC.

Robin was formerly a call center manager for 15 years, at a local manufacturer in New Castle, Delaware.

Born and raised in NJ. Now resides in Newark, DE with husband and Sammie their dog, better known as princess. One daughter and three amazing grandchildren. Robin enjoys traveling, with Spain being her favorite place to date. She also really enjoys gardening, reading by the pool and cooking.

Barbara Johns

Special Projects Coordinator

PAC-Barbara-JohnsBarbara coordinates the procurement and distribution of materials, parts, equipment and supplies for PAC.

Barbara enjoys target shooting (both semi-automatic and pistol).

She has two adult sons and three grandchildren. Barbara is learning Spanish to keep up with her grandchildren, who are being raised bilingually.

Originally from Linwood, Pa., she now lives in New Castle, Del.

Her international travel has included trips to Mexico (with scuba diving), Norway, Ireland and England. Though she has visited only 10 of the U.S. states, Barbara plans to travel more extensively once retired.

Sharon Malgire

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Sharon MalgireSharon coordinates the Marketing and Communications strategies for PAC. She works with internal and external customers to increase the company’s visibility through the development and distribution of information and materials. In addition, she coordinates the industry trade shows that PAC exhibits their products at.

Prior to joining PAC, Sharon has worked at various companies in Delaware primarily in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Community Relations.

A lifelong resident of Delaware, she enjoys spending time with her three adult sons and three grandsons, who are her pride and joy. Her other passions include travel, music concerts, and spending time at the beach. Her recent travels have included Italy, Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris and she looks forward to exploring more cultures and countries.

Sharon Mertes

Customer Service Administrator

Sharon MertesSharon is our Customer Service Administrator for the NJ Office in Phillipsburg, NJ. She has over 15 years’ experience doing administrative and executive assistant support in the Automotive, Pond and Lake Management and Insurance industry. She received her bachelors in Sociology from Kean University in NJ.

Sharon lives local right in Phillipsburg and has three children, Mackenzie, Charlotte, and Chase, never a dull moment at home LOL! We have a puppy named Maggie who is a Chinese Crested Powder Puff breed. She loves the spring and summer time and being outside with the kids going to local hiking trails, taking in some nature, and enjoying a nice fire outside with the kids in the evenings. Her daughters and her love to bake and during the holidays they bake lots of cookies!

Jessie Pruitt


PAC-Jessie-PruittJessie does full cycle bookkeeping for Precision AirConvey. Jessie has been a bookkeeper for more than 20 years and has worked for companies in several industries, including landscaping and bio-tech.

Jessie lives in North East, Md., and is enjoying filling her empty nest with grandchildren. She loves being Gram to her grandson and is expecting a granddaughter in the spring.
