Regional Sales Manager
Marco is the newest member to the PAC Sales Team. As the Northeast Regional Sales Manager, he is currently handling the Mid-Atlantic, New England, and Ohio Valley regions, as well as Canada. Marco’s home office is strategically located at PAC Headquarters in Newark, DE, central to his territory.
Marco comes to us with a unique background which includes a wealth of engineering knowledge, as well as over 10 years of sales management experience. He has previous experience working with OEMs and end users on custom engineered equipment and systems in other industries, as well as experience working with a print and label converter.
Marco attended Salesianum High School in Wilmington, DE, as well as University of Delaware in Newark. He resides in Hockessin, DE with his two sons.
Joel, Owner of Dotray & Associates, Inc., has been working with PAC since 1986. He works in Wisconsin, Northern Illinois (Chicago), Iowa, Nebraska, the Dakotas and his home state of Minnesota.
Joel’s experience and technical skills mesh well with the consultative sales process that makes PAC projects run so smoothly.
In addition to representing waste handling systems, Dotray & Associates represents slitting systems, tension controls, web guiding, web inspection and other machine/press components.
Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, and cycling, fishing, skiing and many other outdoor activities.
He was a professional Boy Scout for three years after graduating from St. Olaf College.
Steve is the President of Hesser Associates, an exclusive manufacturer’s rep agency for the Northeast in converting, printing, paper and plastics industries.
Donnie is President of JDH & Associates, which was established in 1990. He has over 40 years experience in the converting industry and industrial applications. Donnie is responsible for the sales and applications in the Southeast for Precision AirConvey.
