When it's time to clean the filter, simply open the plenum's bag at the bottom and deposit the dust in a waste receptacle. Depending on the types of materials your company handles, bags can be laundered or replaced.

PAC Reverse Jet Filtration Dust Collection Systems
The precision-engineered ductwork in PAC's reverse jet filtration dust collection systems is configured to support pressure levels and promote the smooth flow of conveying air, using the least amount of horsepower possible.
PAC’s proprietary hopper steep-angled design features a slide gate valve to create a sealed, air-tight connection with a 55- or 20-gallon drum, permitting the agglomerated dust and other particles to be easily emptied without shutting down the dust collection system.
Modular PAC reverse jet filtration dust collection systems enable the unit to be enlarged by up to 100% — or reduced — as processing conditions change, without requiring the purchase of a new dust collection unit.
Filter maintenance and replacement are easily done by a single person from outside the reverse jet filtration dust collection system. The cartridge just slides out of the dust collection system and the new cartridge slides in, as if closing a file drawer. No tools are needed.
All serviceable components are mounted outside the casing for easy maintenance and to avoid OSHA confined space entry requirement issues.
