PAC gives back
Precision AirConvey encourages and supports its employees to volunteer in the community, as a company and as individuals.
Good Neighbors Home Repair – Hands of Hope
Employees from Precision AirConvey had the privilege to help someone in need in our community by working with “Good Neighbors Home Repair Hands of Hope”. Volunteers from our company replaced a roof in desperate need of repair and helped restore the beautiful landscaping that the homeowner had meticulously maintained before her son was paralyzed in an automobile accident.
The homeowner is in poor health and no longer has the time to maintain her beloved gardens. It was a long, but beautiful day to work outside. Precision AirConvey was honored to be part of a collective corporate effort to be Good Neighbors to needy families throughout our community.
PAC’s Director of Technical Sales – Kevin Bock, recently traveled to South Africa and while there, he was introduced to the Madikwe Mambas – a local charity group in Madikwe, South Africa. The Madikwe Mambas are members of the local community who are employed within the Madikwe Conservancy. The Mambas work to provide special projects to help support their community.
During his visit, the Mambas took his group to the local schools to meet with the children and see first-hand how much they need, the simplest of items. Their group brought in snacks, school supplies, and donated money to support projects they were undertaking in the area, they also sponsored a runner in the Comrades Marathon Race, a race 53 miles in length run in a single day and were able to track his progress online through the race.
One of the Mambas most recent projects included installing outhouses for the schools to provide proper plumbing. The project was funded after a tragic incident occurred in one of the schools – a toddler went to the existing outhouse during school hours and fell down into the well and died, after this, the group raised money and awareness to provide funds to the local schools to get them proper toilets which ultimately was a safety issue.
Kevin wanted to continue to support the Mambas from the USA and asked fellow PAC employees to donate school supplies for Christmas, thanks to their generous donations, he was able to ship three boxes of supplies to support the school.
PAC employees continue their tradition of helping to provide for those less fortunate.
PAC Winter Coat Drive
This year we held our first Winter Coat Drive. PAC collected coats for “Friendship House” which hosts homeless shelters in our community. We set a collection goal of “50” coats and exceeded that goal with the collection of “95” coats from our generous employees.
Each year thoughtful PAC employees donate food items to fill large baskets for several families at the Guardian Angel Childcare Center. Each basket is filled to overflowing with milk, bread, orange juice, canned goods, non-perishables, and other food items as well as personal care and cleaning supplies.
PAC provides a complete cooked Thanksgiving Dinner complete with Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, rolls and pumpkin pie to each family. Thanks-For-Giving is a favorite time of year at Precision AirConvey with employees cheerfully helping to provide for those less fortunate.
Precision AirConvey Gives Back by Donating Blood
PAC recently supported several team members in giving back to our local community through donating blood by encouraging them to take a longer lunch and visiting a neighbor who was partnering with the Blood Bank of Delaware and hosting the drive. We are thrilled to share that not only did the drive encourage regular donors but also encouraged some first time donors to join in by giving back to our local community. Way to go team!
PAC Continues Annual Thanks-For-Giving Donations
As holidays draw near, most of us think about family traditions and delicious feasts. For some though, the holidays mean an even bigger struggle to provide for their loved ones and they haven’t the means to provide special meals for their children.

The PAC basket delivery team had more volunteers than needed this year! Employees, many accompanied by their children, were happy to meet bright and early on Thanksgiving morning to pick up the meals and food baskets to be distributed to each of the deserving families.
Guardian Angel Childcare is run by the Ministry of Caring out of Wilmington Delaware. Sister Kathleen at Guardian Angel Childcare thoughtfully provides PAC with the names and details for each of the families served.
Precision AirConvey Sponsors Olympic Hopeful
PAC is proud to sponsor Jasper Good, a US Nordic Combined Ski Team member. Jasper was introduced to Nordic Combined Skiing through the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. He grew up with the ski jumps in view of his house and after trying them out at the tender age of 9, became hooked on the sport.
Jasper worked his way through the SSWSC Nordic Combined programs, eventually being named to the National Development Team in his last years in Steamboat. He then took one gap year to stay in Steamboat and train before earning a spot on National Team. Jasper has lived in Park City since making the team in the summer of 2015.
Jasper has represented the US at three Junior World Championships in Romania, Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic. Now Jasper has set his sights on the world stage. In the coming years he aims to be named to World Championship and Olympic Teams, while solidifying himself as a top competitor on the World Cup Circuit.
