Precision AirConvey Website Wins Silver in International Design Contest
The Precision AirConvey website was recently named a Silver Award Winner of the 2015 Communicator Awards.
Billed as the “leading international awards program recognizing big ideas in marketing and communications,” the Communicator Awards receive more than 6,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes. Among this year’s winners are major brands such as Mercedes-Benz, The Weather Channel and ESPN The Magazine. The Silver Award distinction is the second highest honor bestowed in each category, with Precision AirConvey winning the designation for the Manufacturing Website category.
Winners of the Communicator Awards were selected by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA), an invitation-only panel of leaders from well-known multi-media companies, including Conde Nast, Disney and Time. Entries are scored on a 100-point scale. Unlike many awards programs, categories can have multiple winners, or none, based on the quality of the entries.
The award follows on the heels of a full website redesign in September 2014. Designed by Hollister Creative, a marketing communications firm located in Bryn Mawr, Pa., the website combines detailed descriptions of PAC’s innovation solutions with thoughtful navigation and thorough search engine optimization. The site’s emphasis on user experience and providing a detailed library of solutions and FAQs is unmatched among its competitors.
The site’s signature “PAC vortex” background has also become a design staple in the company’s various marketing collateral and advertisements.
