Precision AirConvey is excited to announce the promotion of employee Kevin Bock to Director of Technical Sales. Formerly a Regional Sales Manager and National Key Account Manager in the company’s sales department, Bock will now manage all sales representatives while representing the division to outside clients and companies. He will also join the company’s six-member leadership team.

“Kevin has proven to be an exemplary employee at Precision AirConvey, as both an outstanding sales representative and considerate co-worker,” said Tom Embley, CEO. “We’re very much looking forward to bringing his business acumen and growth ideas into our decision-making process.”

Bock joined Precision AirConvey in 2006, working as an inside sales associate which grew into a sales manager role in the company’s Southeast and West Coast territories. While building a stellar sales track record in the midst of the great recession, Bock also displayed a penchant for leadership by becoming a member of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) and supporting the organization’s Supplier Leadership Council.

In addition to applying his experience and success in leading Precision AirConvey’s sales team, Bock’s promotion also emphasizes PAC’s commitment to growth. As the company continues to expand its business nationally and internationally, the company’s managers felt it was essential to elevate a member of the sales team into the company’s leadership team. Bock will now ensure that Precision AirConvey’s ability to create and retain business in its growing geographic footprint will be a key consideration in the decision-making process.

“Of course I am personally excited to begin work in this new position, but I’m also excited about what it means for Precision AirConvey,” Bock said. “On the sales team, we’ve seen the industry really responding to PAC’s great trim and matrix waste solutions in the past decade. I’m looking forward to helping the company keep that momentum and continue to reach new customers.”

Prior to his employment with PAC, Bock worked at Unishippers and MBNA. A resident of Delaware, he graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree. He is an active volunteer for the Delaware Foundation Reaching Citizens with Intellectual disABILITIES and serves on the organization’s DFRC Golf Tournament committee.
